FAQ

How do I get a Pay Day Loan?

Speak to one of our dedicated team of lending advisors. Fill out the application form and prove your current income. After a few hours, a member of our team will call to let you know of the decision.

How do I repay my Pay Day Loan?

You simply repay the loan in full on the date you specified as your Pay Day.

How much am I able to borrow?

The amount that you can borrow depends upon how much you need and how much you earn. You need to earn a minimum of £300 on your payday (after tax and NI).

How long does the application process take?

You will have a response within a few hours after filling in the application form. The money can be transferred directly into your account so you will have access to cash the next day in most cases.

Can I pay my loan back before Pay Day?

Yes, of course, no one minds getting their money back early! Don't overstretch yourself though.

How often can I get a Pay Day Loan?

It's only a short-term measure but you can get a Pay Day Loan whenever you need one. The only thing that we ask is that you repay your loans on time, otherwise we may not be able to offer you another Pay Day Loan.

Can I get more than one loan at a time?

No, we only offer one Pay Day Loan at a time. Once you've repaid one loan, you can always get another though!

Does bad credit mean I've have trouble getting approval?

We don't care about your credit history. We don't base our approval on your credit file. Instead, it is income means tested. That's the only basis for approving a loan from us. No matter whether your credit history is perfect, patchy or you were once bankrupt, you can still get a Pay Day Loan.

How do I know that you will only take what I owe from my bank?

As a lender, we are required by the law to comply to certain regulations. We can only lawfully take what you owe. If there was a problem, we would resolve it immediately for you. Problems rarely occur. We use a Direct Debit system to take what you owe, so there's no difference between us and any other financial institution.
